Once again we are very greatful to Tiptree Jams (Wilkin & Son) for supplying us with 100kg damsons.
Although our customers supply us with about the same quantity, with quite a few popular damson flavours like Damson Jam, Damson Cheese and Spiced Damson Chutney with Port, we can never have too many. These will be processed and bottled or frozen within the week.
