Our Values

Our values:-

• All our products are made with either home grown produce, produce grown at local fruit farms or locally sourced produce.

• We use seasonal fresh produce, so flavours do run out until next season!

• All products are free from colouring, preservatives and artificial sweeteners and thickeners.

• All our ingredients are chemical free where possible.

• Products are made in small batches to ensure high quality control.

• The Conserve method is used to emphasise the flavour of the fruit and reduce the sugar content.

• Many products have won prizes in local food and produce shows.

• New flavours being added all the time.

• If a desired flavour is not listed, please ask as it can be made to order, if the ingredients are available.

Diabetic jams can be made to order.
