The sun is out and The Jam Shed is making the most of it. We shall be at two major East Anglian events this holiday weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday we shall be at the Mearsea Food and Drink Festival. This is a brilliant family weekend held at the Essex Outdoors Centre, East Mersea. A beautiful position right on the Blackwater Estuary. The festival is an opportunity to enjoy good local music, food, (both street food and other delights like meats, sausages, breads, cakes and more), drinks and entertainment in wonderful tranquil surroundings.
On Sunday and Monday The Jam Shed will be at the Bury St Edmunds Whitsun Fayre. We will be opposite the demonstration stage in the main market square – Cornhill. This fair is a brilliant free event taking over the town centre with plant and flower stalls, motorsport car show, a mini farm, beach, games and lots more.
