Where we're going to be and when...
Sudbury and Ipswich this weekend| The Jam Shed The lovely Sudbury farmers market is on this Friday 28th February, then on Sunday 1st March we’re on the Cornhill Square in Ipswich. Both are worth a visit!
The first Sudbury farmers market takes off this Friday in St Peter’s. Then on Sunday we will be on the Cornhill Square in Ipswich. Both great markets and well worth a visit. So if you enjoyed any of our products over Christmas then come and restock!
If it’s not too late we would like to wish all our customers a happy, healthy and prosperous 2020. Our first markets this year will be the Sudbury farmers market in St Peter’s on Friday 29th January, followed by the Ipswich farmers market on the Cornhill Square on Sunday 2nd February. Both are excellent markets
The plan is: 21st November (Thursday) – Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre. We will be on Buttermarket with the Farmers market. 23rd November (Saturday) – Tudor Christmas market and Craft Fair. Grange Barn at Coggeshall. 24th November (Sunday) – Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre. Back on Buttermarket. 29th November (Friday) – Sudbury farmers market. 30th
We will be missing the Ipswich Farmers Market this Sunday 3rd November, but instead will be at Pattocks Farm at Chappel for the Open Day. Come and have a look at the Christmas turkeys, marvel at the huge farm machinery and buy some tasty goodies from the stalls. The Barron’s have only done this once
Come along to Rougham Hall Nurseries at Bury today Sunday 27th for their Taster Day. Plenty to taste and try, and lots of plant offers. Now’s your chance to lobby Yvonne on what she should stock in the shop!
We will be at the monthly farmers market on the new Cornhill Square again this Sunday 6th October. Come and see where the Cornhenge isn’t! And pick up all kinds of delicious products at the same time. We’ve been making Hawthorn Jelly, Come and get some before Cambridge University take it all!
The Sudbury farmers market is on Friday 27th, with a great selection of local produce. Come and see us in St Peter’s Church between 9:30 and 2.
We’re at the Family Fun Day in Promenade Park in Maldon on Saturday afternoon. It’s also the day of the Maldon Regatta! So with the weather set fair it should be a great day out. We’ve been making Blackberry and Elderflower Conserve this week. And the first of this season’s Hawthorn Jelly.
We’re at home this weekend 7/8 September, but will be very busy making jams with the new season stone fruit, greengages, Victoria plums, apricots and of course fig conserve. Next Saturday 14th we have a busy day at the Bures Farmers Market then a dash over to Gestingthorpe for the Gestupfest, which sounds like a
