This weekend The Jam Shed will be in two places.
On Saturday 8th September we will be in Bures for the Farmers Market on the meadow next to the church from 10am – 2pm. So many stalls with local produce from meat, veg and cakes to pies, preserves, homecrafts and plants. Come down to this fun and relaxed market.
On Sunday 9th September we will be at Mill Meadows Fayre in Billericay to celebrate 25 years of the Mill Meadows nature reserve. Events include a tree walk, heavy horse displays, recitals and Morris Men!
We also have new season Fig Conserve, Fig Chutney, Runner Bean Chutney, Black Bullace Conserve and Mirabelle Conserve – the latter having been brought back from France on a motorcycle! Don’t miss this delicious fresh jam – we only have 60 jars, and 12 have gone already.
