By combining my famous creamy rich curd with passion fruit pulp and loads of passion we have come up with Passion Fruit Curd. It was a hit when trialled at Halstead farmers market yesterday, so today was the first major production run. It has already been requested by The White Hart Hotel in Halstead and Brooklynn Farm Shop. Come and taste it this week. We shall be at Coggeshall on Thursday, Sudbury Farmers Market on Friday and launching our products at Lathcoats Farm Shop, Chelmsford on Saturday who are now stocking our products.
