This Friday is the first of the monthly farmers markets in Sudbury. Held in St Peters Church on Market Square on the last Friday of the month 9.30am – 2pm.
This is a great place to come and meet the producers, taste great food, buy both regular provisions, treats and crafts as well as have a restorative snack at the cafe run by The Bridge Project.
Suffolk Market Events organise the market and have a high standard for us stall holders to meet. All produce must be made by the stall holder (except for the cheese which is all locally sourced direct from the farms). This means that when you talk to the stall holder they know and are passionate about their product.
You can expect to find artisanal breads, cakes, pies, cheeses, preserves, vegan foods, gluten free foods, mushrooms, poultry, beef, pork, sausages, game, fantastic veg and some select crafts and much more.
