New Season Seville Marmalades

We are half way through our annual production of Seville Marmalades. We expect to turn over 120kg of Sevilles into four or more flavours (Seville, Oxford, Whisky and Lavender). All the oranges are hand cut and cooked in open maslin pans and the lavender is home grown. 

We always have a waiting list for the first few batches, but are now managing to build up a bit of stock. Every year we aim at making enough to take us through to Christmas, but even with 2000 jars last year, we ran out in October! We’re trying to make even more this year, so let’s see how far it goes. 

Alongside the Seville Marmalades, we still make the Three Fruit Marmalades (Plain and Whisky), which uses sweet oranges, lemons and grapefruit and lemon and ginger marmalade. 

Find us at one of the markets or events to have a taste and grab a jar whilst we still have stock!
