The Jam Shed is in demand.
On Friday (16th) Libby will be giving an afternoon talk to the Anselm Avenue Community Centre 60+ Club, Bury St Edmunds on preserving Autumn Fruits. On Saturday we will be at Halstead Food and Craft market as usual on the hill from 9am – 3pm.
The Jam Shed will also be at Lathcotes Apple Day , Lathcotes Farm, Beehive Lane, Chelmsford from 10am on Saturday.
We will have most of our Autumn flavours such as Rowan Jelly (for game), Quince Conserve and Jelly, Hawthorn Jelly as well as Christmas hampers. As usual there will be plenty to taste. So come along and see the wonderful markets.
