Collected today – 150kg of beautiful damsons from a famous local fruit farm.
For those wonderful products like Damson Jam, Damson Cheese and of course, the much sort after Spiced Damson Chutney with Port I now have the fruit. Thank you Wilkin & Sons Ltd. The fruit is in beautiful condition so I bought a couple of new maslin pans so I can process them all.
