The Jam Shed is doing a demonstration at Lavenham Farmers Market on Sunday 27th September at 11am. Places are limited and have been very popular but a few still remain.
We will be covering all aspects of preserving, but concentrating on fruit jellies and cheeses. You will get a chance to make your own and take away a goody bag including a jar or two.
